Welcome to Rhythmic Touch Steamboat Springs Sports Massage.

Rhythmic Touch Steamboat Springs Sports Massage Therapy was born out of a desire to aid athletes and others in pain.  We Strive to provide the best bodywork and massage therapy available. Owner and Therapist Kristi Castle Rhodehamel, originally started Rhythmic Touch Sports Massage Therapy as a private practice in the Highlands area of downtown Denver. There Rhythmic Touch thrived working with local business owners, elite athletes in the UFC and traveling Professional Snowboarders.   A move to Steamboat Springs in 2007 prompted Kristi to open a new Full Time Professional Massage Therapy Practice, Rhythmic Touch Steamboat Springs Sports Massage Therapy.
 
In 2010 Rhythmic Touch Steamboat Springs Sports Massage Therapy moved to a beautiful new location along the Yampa River inside Bear River Center. This wonderful new space has given Kristi the opportunity to expand and bring on other strong gifted therapists that have the talent you have come to expect with Rhythmic Touch.  We have also expanded our services list tailoring to our therapist’s specialties.  This includes Reflexology, Relaxation Swedish Massage, Spa Services and much more.  Please see our Menu list on the left for further details.
 
The benefits of coming to a professional private practice, as opposed to a spa, are that we have the time to dedicate to you and your service, so you never feel rushed onto the table or out the door.  Your time is our time and we are happy to discuss your needs as a client and to develop a treatment plan suited to your individual session.  We also take the time to discuss follow up options and self massage/ stretching at home so that you can stay feeling your best.
 
Here in the beautiful Rocky Mountains at Rhythmic Touch Steamboat Springs Sports Massage Therapy, we have the space and freedom to work with clients in the capacity they need to perform at their best on a physical, mental, and energetic level. We promote a natural way of living, using massage as a preventative and restorative practice in everyday life.
