Hello, my name is Jennifer Stone.  As a Certified Massage Therapist at Rhythmic Touch Steamboat Springs Sports Massage Therapy, I am known as Routt County’s Best Reflexologist, and TMJ relief specialist.  I have lived in this valley on and off for the last decade, finally making Steamboat Springs my home.  I have been helping people my whole life, providing bodywork professionally since 2006.  I have certifications in Massage Therapy, Reflexology, Cranial Sacral Therapy and Neuromuscular Therapy. I have plenty to offer Steamboat Springs with extensive trainings in Reflexology, body pampering/ spa treatments, TMJ relief, Yoga style stretching, Myofasical Therapy, Swedish Massage Therapy, Integrative Massage and more!
            
Receiving Massage regularly is an important addition to help keep our body strong and our systems running smoothly.  A lot of us are busy, rushing to keep up with the hustle and flow of everyday living, sometimes not taking the time to fuel and preserve the very machine that keeps us going… our bodies.
            
As a massage therapist with Rhythmic Touch Steamboat Springs Sports Massage Therapy, I can facilitate your body’s own ability to heal itself.  Restoring the body/mind relationship, relaxing and “remembering” what living comfortably and pain free feels like. I like to use a gentle approach to deep tissue and myofascial work with a belief that added trauma is not effective.
